The best place to stay in Lisbon! Great location, very central and safe with everything you need very close by. Hotel staff is very friendly and super accommodating with any needs. Restaurants and bars on site are top notch.

Noise from the street was an issue for sleeping. The windows don’t provide enough buffer for people’s voices on the street. Bad odour from the bathroom. Both of those issues were not a deal killer because I am a fan of the Locke brand but what was unforgivable was an unpleasant staff member who managed the breakfast bar. The other staff were fabulous but this guy accused me of sneaking into the bar and essentially stealing a coffee. He was aggressive and insistent, and at 72 l have been seldom as offended as l was by him. I was shocked.
