Includes a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with 2 single beds, one bathroom with bathtub, one bathroom with shower, a social bathroom on the ground floor, a bedroom room, bathroom on the garage floor and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It also has several balconies, most of which with magnificent sea view and outdoor table, terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, iron, internet access (wifi) and hair dryer. It is located 800 m from the center of Ericeira, 950 m from Fishermen's Beach and 4 km from Ribeira D'Ilhas Beach.Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged to them at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as a lodging tax for all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at a unit rate of 2.40€ during high season (May 1st to October 31st) and 1.20€ during low season (November 1st to April 30th). Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in.
