The bathroom in the room was not totally cleaned I found a wet towel in the floor shower upon my arrival, so I was concerned and did not know if the cleaning was done correctly

It's close to the airport. That's all I can recommend. It's a two-star facility pretending to be three and charging four-star prices. My Executive Room was small...small like you had to open your suitcase on the bed. The walls were thin. As a travel website VIP member I was promised a "free bottle of wine" on arrival, but that would only materialize on the spot if a paid for the expensive buffet. Bait and switch? They do serve early breakfast, but I just hiked back to the airport at 5am to brave the security and emigration chaos that is Lisbon Airport and have breakfast in the TAP Lounge.

The hotel was appropriate and convenient for easy airport access. The rooms were functional but not really comfortable to sit for a bit. The breakfast buffet was terrific!

The staff is friendly and you can’t beat the location if flying out early from Lisbon Airport. However the rooms are small and the bathroom is separated only by a curtain. The toilet and shower stalls are glass too. It’s fine if traveling alone, but not with others

Perfect place close to the airport. Walking is about 10 min to check in. Breakfast starts at 2 am and has a lot of options. I was positively surprised.

Location is fantastic. Less than a 5 minute walk to the airport and the route is well marked in both directions. The buffet breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are quite spartan and the beds are very firm, but clean and quiet.

Location was awesome. Walked in 5 min to Terminal 1. The buffet was tasty with an excellent selection and outstanding service. First time I've been able to have breakfast at a hotel at 0230! Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Checkin was quick and accurate. Will stay here again!

The hotel was outstanding in numerous ways. We were greeted warmly with cookies and allowed to check in early. We were given a lovely upgraded room with no extra charge. The restaurant was excellent providing a range of foods at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was excellent and opened at 200 am for early departures. The shuttle to the airport was so nice to have.

Nice hotel, a stone’s throw from the airport, which is rather practical for an overnight connection. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the room is basic, but quite comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good and varied. The only negative thing is how incredibly slippery the shower stall is; they should seriously consider having anti-slip mats. Other than that, everything is tickety-boo.

I arrived in the afternoon and left very early in the morning. But I found the room comfortable and clean. The little interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional. The breakfast was delicious. It's a shame I couldn't enjoy all the amenities of this hotel. I recommend it.

The room was small but very clean and well laid out. A really tall person might have some difficulty fitting onto the toilet but my 5'10" frame had no real problems. The staff was very courteous and helpful despite a vicious storm raking Lisbon at the time. The food was buffet style and quite good. The evening meal, a buffet was a little expensive at 24€ per person but considering the alternative was to brave a powerful thunderstorm, we ate there. Other than that, the hotel was excellent an literally 8 minute walk from the airport.
