The unit itself is lovely, the place was clean and cosy for the duration of my stay. However the property is hard to find, there is no signage on the door and there are a number of properties from the same company all called the same. I feel there is a real opportunity to provide more concise instructions and perhaps even a photo of the property to make it easier to find. I would also like to add the property appears at the wrong address on the map within the Hotels.com app. Now that I know where it is, ultimately I would stay here again

This property allowed us to experience the real life way of living like a Lisbonner. Great location and accessibility, which you will have to discover and unfold! Bed was comfortable, and the property is spacious for 2 people. 로컬사람들이 사는 곳이고 위치도 나쁘지 않지만 사진과 다르게 집에 매우 어둡고 창문을 열면 되지만 앞 건물과 가까워서 마음대로 열지 못합니다. 그리고 에어컨이 없기 때문이 날이 더워지면 힘들듯 싶네요. 샴푸나 비누 같은게 구비되어있지 않기 때문에 따로 가져와야해요. 여행정보나 지도 같은 것도 구비되어있지 않고 집주인이 없기 때문에 정보를 얻을 수 없고 연락을 해도 답변이 상당히 늦습니다. 바닥이 나무이고 조금 오래되서 걸으면 소리가 나서 밑에 사람이 살진 않지만 밤에 조금 시끄러워요.

The apartment is designed in a authentic Portuguese way and has a complete kitchen. It is located close to the main Metro station and close to the bus terminal also. It is at a walking distance from few museums and nice eating areas. We loved it there.

I f you book this property make sure to check tyour email 2 days prior arrival, you will be given a passcode to enter the building and your aparment. No other comunication, no lobby, no guest services. The apartament is basic, one bedroom double bed and a sofabed in the livingroom. Very small tv. Very noisy outside, but if you close the windows you hear nothing. Fridge, washer coffemaker stove ok. I booked this apartment and did a lot o research to ensure there was an A/C . Magically the pictures I saw of the apartment appear to have a console A/C but there was no A/C in the apartment. There is a problem with air circulation in the shower, you know what to expect. In other other hand, the apartment is well located only blocks from nice restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and taxi. Is not a bad place to stay, but you need to understand that is not like America. So if you are flexible, is a place you can enjoy.

Lisbon at a glance

We got what was expected and advertised. Con: we were on the 3rd floor, the stair was so steep, bad news for hauling huge luggage; only 2 English tv channels; location can be noisy weekend nights. Pros: clean, location is great and safe - near train station, market, groceries, parks, the beach promenade, taxi waiting area, etc. What's more: we stayed May 29-Jun 3 - in time for the start of many festivals, and the parks nearby are teeming with awesome celebrations. Another plus: when we needed help, the hotline was very timely and helpful. Strong wifi. We cooked our own food - saved a lot. Strongly recommend for those looking to get more value for a small budget. Over all experience: 8 out of 10. Thank you!

good location near restaurants

OK, so let me start. The location of this small studio is pretty much not easy to find. I had to ask locals for the names of the street and building. When you get off from taxi, uber (etc) you have to pass some people in restaurants with your luggage(s). The check in thru code is easy but when I got to the building, my room was on the 4th floor, very curve dangerous stairs. I got 3 pieces of luggage, no elevator. I am younger so it was still OK, if you are older and have to carry your luggage upstairs - good luck!! I used the same code to my room studio as to the building, the studio is very small, much smaller than on the pictures, bathroom, small tv, bedroom, small kitchen, AC - all almost in one place. I stayed only one night so my experience was OK but if you stay longer it might be too small for one person. Fortunately, the building is near some good local restaurants so my stay was pleasing enough.

Nice apartment but......

The apartment was clean , comfortable and neat , The staff responded to a maintenance issue promptly ,however it was very hard to find, located in a sort of alley in a dubious area.( two fellows sitting and smoking on an old mattress beside the front door) I arrived at night, my room was up several flights of very narrow stairs. As I started up the stairs the lights went out . I stumbled and there was nothing to do but scream for help and then someone turned the lights back on so I could continue struggling up the stairs with my baggage. The lights were on a timer and not a motion detector !! Very poor idea for safety and security. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property to anyone who might have problems negotiating several flights of stairs with their baggage.

Great location, top floor studio

Studio flat in a great location, top floor with no lift - whilst this wasn't an issue for me it may be for someone else as there were at least 4 flights of stairs. Room had everything I needed and felt safe as I was on my own. Lisbon in general felt quite safe. Very close to the Time Out Market with great food and beautiful views from Cais do Sodro over the river.

Only downside to a 2pm check in to an apartment was needing to drag our luggage around most of the day, but completely understand why this was. Apart from that, flat was nice, clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect for bars and restaurants.

Just about impossible to find on your own...

First of all, the place was totally decent. We wanted something centrally located that had cooking facilities. This met those the requirements. But our unit was cold, and the three heaters supplied did not heat the place. Two of them did not work at all, and one of them ended up getting quite warm to the touch but did not circulate any heat. The worst part about this place is that it is impossible to find, even with pre-arrival directions, navigation, and asking directions from no less than 10 people, including 7 cab drivers. We ended up hiring a cab driver to lead us to the place (we had a car), but he could not find it either. So I recommend using their transfer service if you can to get you there. The issue is that you cannot get a vehicle anyway that allows you to see the name of the street. You must get close and then walk around to find the street name. So at midnight in the dark in an unknown city after a 24-hour travel itinerary this did put a damper on the arrival. There is no reception. You are given a code ahead of time to get into the main building and then to get into your unit. This worked like a charm. The communication from the staff for pre-arrival was very good. Just be sure to ask them for step-by-step instructions on how to get there if you are trying to get there yourself, or have a cab get you there. But the location was great if you enjoy walking, which we do. So we spent our brief time in Lisbon walking from our place and left the car parked.

ONLY STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO PARTY ALL NIGHT

This is not ideal for anyone unless they just need a cheap place to stay and are happy with loud noise outside until approx. 3-4am. The area is fairly central, but very scruffy
