This is a very nice apartment with neat artwork in it in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is close to a grocery store, Pingo Doce, lots of restaurants and close to the riverfront with many attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The property is very nice and the location was perfect for us because we were visiting our son, who lives a 10 minute walk away. There are cute neighborhood cafes in walking distance also. We could easily walk to the river, the MAAT, and some waterfront restaurants and bars. Easy to catch an Uber for longer excursions..

Great Lisbon Experience

We enjoyed the place and our stay. Not in the heart of Lisbon but Martin the manager was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained a lot of options and helped us set up most of our activities. TukTuk tours, trip to Sintas, Restaurants, Fado etc. Made the stay so much easier

Clean apartment with nice decorations

We enjoyed our trip to Lisbon and were glad to have a full kitchen to cook breakfasts and dinners when we didn't want to eat out. On our first evening, Martin and his wife warmly welcomed us at the apartment and answered any questions we had about visiting Lisbon. Luis and Monica, with whom we exchanged messages online, were also courteous. The apartment was clean and matched the listing photos, with artsy decorations all around. However, we would probably not stay here again during the winter, as we felt cold indoors most of the time. There are three mini-split air conditioning / heating units in the apartment, but it still felt cold inside, even though the low temperatures outside were only as cold as 5 to 10 degrees C. The large kitchen / living room space was especially cold. The location was good. From this apartment, it was easy to walk to the 15E tram stop or several different nearby bus stops, allowing us to visit Belem or Baixa without much hassle. The neighborhood was very quiet as well, without much street noise.

Logement correspondant parfaitement à la description et aux photos avec de nombreux tableaux dans toutes les pièces.Nous y avons passé 7 nuits dans un environnement calme au dernier étage et nous sommes sentis comme à la maison avec tout ce qu'il faut pour une arrivée en toute tranquillité : café, sucre, torchons, produit vaisselle, gel douche...très appréciable !Nous avons particulièrement profité du petit balcon fermé en soirée.Nous avons même pu faire nos courses en superette à 5mn à pied lors de notre arrivée dimanche après-midi.2 remarques concernant la literie dans la chambre n2 pour notre fils qui apprécie un lit un peu plus mou mais qui nous a parfaitement convenu pour le lit double dans la chambre 1 mais qui manque de rangements pour les vêtements.Tout était fonctionnel dans la cuisine et bien pensé : lave vaisselle et lave linge avec des QR code d'explications de fonctionnement si besoin.Bref, un séjour que je recommande car la proximité Belem à pied ou en transport en commun (bus et tram) rendent les déplacements aisés et peu couteux quelque soit le quartier de Lisbonne visité.Très bon séjour pour nous !
