This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of our holiday house, consists of a kitchen / living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, has a balcony that overlooks a quiet characteristic street, and can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
We are in the heart of Lipari, near the central Piazza Marina a few steps from the main street just minutes from the Archaeological Museum and the Castle; just this is the perfect place to explore the beautiful Aeolian Islands, which offer excellent opportunities for snorkeling and diving. You could go around the island on a scooter, or go hiking in the other islands, such as a volcano and swim in the sulphurous waters. O In the evening, take a cruise to Stromboli and watch the volcano erupt lava with its fantastic explosions.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

Wonderful Apartment - Perfect Location - Loved It!!!

Great and Beautiful location. Safe, secure. Near everything you need. Short walk to the harbor, restaurants, shopping, the sites....no car required. There is a charming, lovely Cafe/ Pastry shop right outside our door! We just LOVED the apartment. It was spacious, comfortable, clean. I felt at home there! Plenty of closet space. Lovely old world feel to it. Kitchen & bathroom great and bed was very comfortable. Owner was very helpful in every way and and answered all our questions about the area. Cannot comment on the TV, we never use it on vacations! But it looks modern. Apartment has has an air conditioner but we never had to use it. Some steps to go up but not difficult. Wifi GREAT! That was important to me. Excellent communication with owner. We had no problems in this apartment and hope to use it again some day. We were lucky it was available for us!! So glad we found it! It was perfect. Thank you!

Posizione perfetta per le gite in barca perché partono proprio lì dietro. Pasticceria favolosa sotto casa che mi ha fornito le colazioni, le merende e i dolci post cena di tutta la vacanza. L’host gentilissimo e disponibile. La casa ha tutto quello che serve ma potrebbe migliorare il wifi che spesso si blocca e il condizionatore che non é abbastanza potente per tutto l’appartamento. Noi siamo andati a metà settembre e di giorno non era sufficiente, non immagino in piena estate. In bagno non c’è bidet e la doccia è a terra quindi tutte le volte che si usa si bagna ovunque.

Posizione strategica, vicina al centro ed agli imbarchi, la casa comoda ed accogliente, unica nota metterei qualche mensola nel bagno in quanto manca ogni cosa per poter appendere o appoggiare il necessario per il bagno. Buono in generale.

Calme et au coeur de la vie de Lipari

Pour qui recherche un endroit au calme et tout près des lieux vivants, c'est l'endroit idéal par son emplacement au coeur du vieux port de Lipari dans une petite rue très tranquille. L'équipement de l'appartement est tout a fait correct même si le fond de cuisine (huile, sel, épices, ..) est succint. Nous recommandons fortement.

Localisation et conditions de séjour idéales.

Idéalement placé au bord du petit port de Marina Corta pour les excursions, la place pleine de vie, les restaurants et la Pasticceria d'Ambra (au pied de l'escalier), l'accueil est souriant, l'appartement lumineux, la chambre et le couchage agréables. Les escaliers sont un peu difficiles si on a des problèmes de jambes et le canapé gagnerait à être un peu plus confortable mais ce n'est que du détail car nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement la Villa Giuliana.

Nette Ferienwohnung. Große Küche und Schlafzimmer. Bad etwas sportanisch.

Beim renovieren sollte da man etwas mehr Augenmerk drauf werfen das Duschwasser nicht in den Ecken stehen bleibt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang.
