Being a peaceful, and serene environment, this villa is located in a quiet area of Anilao Labac, Lipa City is sure to offer the utmost convenience and comfort to those seeking relaxation away from the urban environment , with your family and loved ones.
The location of our Resort can be your base for a lot of other places in Batangas.
The space
The entire place is exclusive for the guest
Sleeping capacity : 12-17 pax
The rate is for 12 pax and excess fee rates applies after 12 pax
Guest access
Entire property (4000 sqm) will be exclusive for the guest during their stay. The villa have sleeping capacity of 12 pax and up to 17 pax with additional fees for the extra person ( after 12pax). Tent pitching and tent rental is also available.
Other things to note
Free usage of Videoke, projector with netflix or usb with over 80 movies and BBQ Grill. We offer adds on for rental/ purchase like firewood for bonfire,banana bean bags, butane for gas firepit ,tents , additional tables and chairs for outdoor events and feeds / food for bird feeding ,rabbit feeding.
