It started with the property calling for a different card to use. Which was fine because fraud was on the booking card. However when new card was given the overall price from booking jumped up 100 per night. After an hour of explaining to Orbitz the money was refunded. When we arrived there was a light over the bathroom sink that when turned off blinked all night. And oh the bathroom sink was in the bedroom. The window in the bathroom was seen from hallway. Privacy tape was on glass but no curtain. To take a bath stuff face clothes in drain. Breakfast consisted of bagels brownies, coffee cake and cereal 2 kinds. The pool was across parking lot so you can freeze walking back. And hot tub was like warm pool was freezing. Overall I would never stay there again

When we arrived, the heat in our room was shut off and it was 10 degrees outside. The curtains had harden food stuck to them. The shower had soap left in it from previous person. When we got to the pool/hotub. There was garbage on the floor. The hot tub was cold. Very disappointed.
Only thing I liked was how close it was to activities. The hotel was bad and the door to the room was on a platform. I didn’t realize this and stumbled coming out of the room, rolling my ankle causing a fracture. This is a safety issue! My cousin stumbled twice coming out of her room and my husband saw another person do it as well. Hotel smelled and pool water was cold. Rooms are dated!

Very very dated. Staff helpful and friendly but could not make up for the state of the rooms.
It's a nice place to stay. We have everything to cook in our big room. Recommended.
Facility was poorly maintained, with weather stripping dangling off of the door, paint scratched off of furniture, and the whole place in need of painting. The person at the front desk was quite rude on our arrival and seemed annoyed that we were checking in. A disappointing attitude for someone in the hospitality industry. Also, checkout time was 10 a.m. and rigorously enforced. Interesting since the hotel didn't appear to be even 1/3 booked during peak leaf season. But we were ready to go anyway, so the early checkout was no problem.
Spacious rooms and close to everything. Pool is great and was clean for an older property
It was nice to have the motel enclosed so the view could be enjoyed regardless of the weather. The room was spacious and we appreciated having a fridge and having 2 sinks outside the bathroom. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast-especially the coffee!
Convenient location. Very large room with kitchen (unexpected). We did not use the pool area but this was a plus.
