Enjoy a unique stay in this beautiful apartment, located near the center of Miraflores, Lima, Peru. You can delight in an impressive ocean view from the living room (cable and wifi), dining room and master bedroom. It has four bedrooms, for eight people. One bedroom with a queen-size bed, two with 2 beds and the fourth with 1 bed. The rooms are spacious and equipped. In addition, it has four bathrooms in total: two of them are half bathrooms and the other two are full bathrooms.

All of this can be explored on foot from the accommodation, thanks to its central and convenient location. A few minutes walk away, there are a variety of gastronomic options, supermarkets, banks, shopping centers, craft stores, tourism agencies, clinics, casinos, bars, nightclubs, beaches for swimming and surfing, parks, and a bike path for those who They enjoy cycling.

The apartment is strategically located just a few blocks from Larcomar, the most popular shopping center in Miraflores, known for its stunning ocean views, exclusive shops, and excellent restaurants. In addition, Miraflores offers an exciting nightlife, with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs to suit all tastes.

Recognized as the gastronomic epicenter of Lima, the capital of Peru, Miraflores is also home to art galleries, theaters, cinemas, parks and a wide variety of outdoor activities to enjoy.

For adventure sports enthusiasts, from the accommodation terrace you can watch the exciting take-off and landing of paragliders. Dare to experience the adventure of flying in one of them!

It is possible to explore all of Miraflores on foot, as everything is located nearby. You can even walk to the beach, as there is access from the boardwalk. In the accommodation you will find a printed guide with information on tourist sites that can be visited on foot.

To get to the airport, a regular taxi or Uber costs approximately S/.50, while an authorized taxi within the airport costs around S/.70 and offers a direct and safe service. If you prefer, I can organize a taxi service or a van to pick you up at the airport. The journey to the airport usually takes about 40 minutes.

The apartment consists of four bedrooms with a total of 124 square meters. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a private bathroom with a stainless steel tempered glass wash and shower with hot and cold water. The other two bedrooms have double beds and share a bathroom with a large shower. In addition, there is an additional bathroom with washing and toilet and another service bathroom with shower near the laundry room. The room offers sea views and is equipped with comfortable furniture and a cable TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well equipped and has a 6-burner stove with oven included, extractor hood, refrigerator, among other appliances and tableware. The laundry has a washing and drying center, as well as a folding clothesline (easel). The floors are wooden, they are clean and polished, so it is requested to wipe your shoes at the main door with the foot mat to avoid damaging and dirtying the new floors.

At the entrance to the building there is a flight of stairs. If you have heavy luggage, you can avoid the stairs by accessing the garage, where you will find two elevators that will take you directly to the apartment. In case I cannot receive you personally, the building has friendly doormen who will help you access the building and tell you where to find the box with the keys to enter the apartment.
