The room key was broken. 1st night I had to self check in and took me 10 mins to open th door. Next morning I informed them and when I came back to hotel at 1 am - it was still broken and I could not get into my room till 3 am as they to call service to fix it. They promised to refund the 2nd night cost as a compensation verbally via Expedia but I have not seen anything yet. I don’t recommend it for solo travellers. I hav asthma and my meds were in the room which I could not access either.
