pulizia migliorabile. Edificio costruito in economia.

Amministrazione criticabile. L ordinamento condominiale stampato con carattere 10 e affisso a 2,20 m di altezza. Praticamente illeggibile. Maestà delle porte che fanno da cassa di risonanza a ogni giro di chiave e ogni chiusura. Basterebbe un po' di poliuretano espanso per risolvere il problema.
