We are delighted to welcome you in our modern and completely renewed apartment for up to 4 guests immersed in the greenery and tranquility of Lignano Pineta. The apartment is situated in a quiet position, around 400mt from the beach and a few steps away from the city center.

The accommodation provides a modern living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge, freezer and a microwave, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a nice room with two single beds, a full bathroom with a shower box and a small cozy garden with a shared fireplace where you can relax and enjoy during your vacation.

To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Gott sei Dank neue Wohnung bekommen. Alles war dreckig und klebrig. Kochutensilien waren kaum vorhanden und der Balkon ist viel zu klein. Die Möbel sind sehr alt und zum Teil gar nicht vorhanden. Durch Europa Touristik kompetenter schneller Wechsel auf Residence Monika die von uns eine 4-Sterne Bewertung bekommt!
