Lavish 4 bedroom contemporary in the heart of the Catskill Mountains with open spaces soaked in natural light on a 6 acre estate with a spring fed pond & forested surroundings. The pond allows for swimming, boating, kayaking, a paddle boat & more. All this just steps away from the large patio which boasts 6 person jacuzzi, fire pit, seating area, outdoor dining area, ping pong, corn hole games and toy chest with various outdoor games.

Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, toaster/air fryer with breakfast bar & dining for large groups. Media room has a comfortable seating area and electronic darts. The sound system utilizing WIFI, Alexa. Bluetooth and Victrola includes speakers in living area and outdoor deck. Newly installed air conditioner splits in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. "Secret" space for kids play area. Separate room for washer/dryer. Close proximity to hiking, skiing, popular attractions, restaurants and Resorts Catskills.
Sorry but no pets permitted. While the property features step-free entry, stairs are required to access most of the bedrooms.
