Welcome to our classic lakefront cottages! Two separate cottages located on 150ft of private beach on Lake Huron. The main cottage offers 4 bedrooms upstairs, with a full bath including a claw foot tub, gas fireplace, and large screened in porch with amazing views of Lake Huron. Next door sits an enclosed hot tub area, with two windows that open to better view freighters passing on the horizon and sounds of waves on the shoreline. The second cottage includes a full kitchen, full bath, laundry, living area, and a great room upstairs with four beds. Just a 5 minute drive from downtown Lexington, with many quaint shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Perfect for a large family gathering! Please note that the gas propane fireplace in the main home is not functional during the summer months.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Quiet time between 9PM and 7AM. We have neighbors close by. No parking or driving on the grass (there are septic fields in the yard). 4 car max.
Please use caution when utilizing hot tub or stairs to waterfront. Use at own risk. We have outside security cameras and noise monitors.
No fires on beach. When spending the day on the beach, please stay on our property between the concrete barriers to respect our neighbor's privacy.
