Welcome to The Bourbon Run! This BRAND NEW 4-bedroom, 2 bath downtown home offers a perfect blend of modern luxury & style coupled with the rustic charm of Kentucky bourbon. Every detail of this home has been thought out to provide a perfect experience. Enjoy an open living room, a fire-pit area, covered patio with a hot tub, & a Blackstone hibachi grill! We can't wait to host you!

The Bourbon Run is your perfect luxury modern getaway to explore all that Kentucky has to offer. This brand-new home features a spacious open layout with 9 ft ceilings, four private bedrooms, 1 King and 3 Queens, and
two full baths. Guests will also enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TVs in every room, high speed internet, a covered back patio with a hot tub, Smart TV, and a Blackstone grill, large fire-pit area, along with a fully fenced
in backyard for privacy.

MAIN AREA:
Upon entering guests will be greeted by a cozy spacious floor plan featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating for guests and a 65-inch Smart TV.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, baking sheets, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker spices, oil, blender, crock-pot, dinnerware and silverware, toaster, and much more. We are also within walking distance to some of our favorite local places to eat! Due to high volume of guests, things tend to run off. If there is something missing in the unit, please reach out to us so we can make your stay a 5-star experience!

BEDROOMS:
4 bedrooms (primary has en-suite bathroom) with memory foam mattresses and lux toppers, Smart TV, luggage rack, full length mirror, fan, and a clothing shelf. Each bed contains a built in USB charger port and a shelf.

-Blackstone flattop hibachi grill (propane provided)
-Large fire-pit area with seating for 8 (firewood not provided)

Enjoy a stroll downtown to enjoy our favorite local restaurants or shop the cutest boutiques or take a short scenic drive to Lexington to see the horses or Frankfort to enjoy some bourbon! Loved having the individual bedrooms.Walking to the farmers market on Saturday morning.Clean! Had toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags. Host was fast with responding. We stayed here for the Red River gorge (about 1 hour and 15 minutes). Great place! 5 start recommend.

We were attending a horseshow at the Horse Park this weekend so the location was perfect. A great side activity was bourbon tasting.Educational and tasty. Would stay at Bourbon Run again!

Fulfilled all our needs.

Brother son and myself stayed here and it was great. Did a bourbon run on motorcycles. It’s 4 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. Everything seems new and in working order. There is a back porch that the hot tub fills and some grass with lots of andirondak chairs. Great grill also. Would stay again.

Great communication. Nice living room for games and beds were comfortable. Nice hot tub and Blackstone. The only issue was the mosquitos were everywhere making the backyard not fun to be in..bring bug spray. But still enjoyed our stay.

Bourbon Run Stay

The house was exactly what we needed. Beds were very comfy and plenty of room for everyone to sit. I would recommend if you are staying to bring extra paper towels or napkins otherwise everything was provided for our group. Communication was excellent and made it available to check in a little early which was very appreciated.

Nice Location for Small Town KY Vibe

This property worked well for us. Very clean, host communicates well, and the photos are very accurate. I stayed here for March Madness visiting with a couple of friends. It is a good venue for this purpose. Plenty of room for 4 adults with a central room to gather and spend time together. We liked being close to a small town, main street that offered a good breakfast place and a couple of evening dining options. The bourbon theme of the property was a nice touch as we visited a few distilleries on this visit.

Great Kentucky getaway

This little gem of a property has a fully stocked kitchen, fluffy towels, comfy beds and is super clean! It is within walking distance to the quaint downtown area. The downtown area is filled with nice shops and great dining. We enjoyed our stay in Gorgetown and would definitely book this property again! Thanks for everything!

Guys golf trip

We stayed at Bourbon Run when 4 of us went to play golf around Lexington. The house was super clean and well appointed. We could walk to a local sports bar and it was within 20 minutes to a half an hour to the courses we wanted to play. The host was super helpful and provided us with great information. The hot tub was welcome in the evening after some really hot days on the golf course. Overall the stay could not have gone any better.

Perfect piece of Heaven

The owner of the property was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. He worked with me as he was the new owner of the property and I had to wait for my previous reservation to cancel before I could book again with him. The house was adorable and everything we needed as 3 sets of couples. The complimentary bourbon and the cooking spices were a great touch. We were walking distance from Rodney’s, a must go if you stay here. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place for our visit to Buffalo Trace Tour (which was only a 28min drive). I give it 5++ stars and would certainly stay again!!
