The second floor has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms and the top floor has a loft bedroom.
Close to the new bike trail for easy access to downtown Lewes or an exploration of points west of the city.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Great place for grandparents, parents, 6-year old, and 2 year old.
The attached 3-story home was precisely what we were looking for for 2 grandparents, daughter/son-in-law, a 6-year-old and a 2-year-old. It was modern, in great condition, quiet, very well laid out, and very attractively decorated. We appreciated having two bedrooms with 2 full baths on the second floor, plus a loft with 2 single beds when kids or parents needed a break. The location was excellent making it easy to go into town, to the state park, and to shops along Route 1.
