Two-storey house, capable of accommodating up to 7 people and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.



With its sunny and fenced garden, this house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!



On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a living room equipped with a sofa bed for one adult, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a television and WiFi, you will also have a spacious dining room with a table and chairs to gather around a good meal! Independent toilet.



From a separate and fully equipped kitchen with a back kitchen: oven, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Krups)... this room provides access to the conservatory and the garden.



On the night side, you will find on the ground floor a first bedroom with a 140 bed including a wardrobe and two bedside tables and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower, a washbasin with storage furniture, a towel dryer and a hairdryer.



Upstairs, you will have a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe, and a third bedroom with a 160 cm bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

A fully equipped bathroom, with a bathtub, a towel dryer, a double washbasin with storage unit and a toilet.



To complete this property, you will enjoy a beautiful veranda equipped with a dining table and chairs and a garden, ideally located at the back of the house and fully enclosed. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or spending lovely summer evenings around a barbecue! Charcoal barbecue provided.



You will be able to park your vehicle in a private space in front of the house, as well as freely and freely in the street.



For a nice outing: a pétanque bar with a warm and friendly atmosphere is located next to the house: you can enjoy matches with friends or family (in summer, the outdoor bar closes at 10 pm, and concerts take place every Thursday evening).
