Nestled on the 8th floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment offers breathtaking sea views. Inside, you'll find an entrance leading to a bright living room equipped with a 140x190 cm sofa bed and a television. The living room opens onto a modern kitchen, including a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an induction hob with extractor hood.
