Gîte located in Les Magnils-Reigniers, 20 km from La Faute sur Mer and 55 km from Les Sables d'Olonne.
The house, with a capacity of 6 people, is made up on the ground floor of a living room/lounge/kitchen, a first bedroom (2 twin 90 cm beds) and a bathroom/WC. Upstairs, a large landing gives access to two bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, 70m² courtyard with terrace (fence currently being constructed). The gîte is located on the edge of a departmental road (D2949) and is adjoining the owners' business (taxi). The accommodation is also 67 km from Puy du Fou and 48 km from La Rochelle. Sheets included with beds made on arrival.
Optional: cleaning package: €80/stay; bathroom linen: €8/person/stay.
In addition: tourist tax; Electric heating package: €4.50/day to be paid to the owner.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- End of stay cleaning: €85.11 per stay
- Towels: €8.51 per person per stay
