Located just a 5-minute drive from the famous Le Prarion ski lift, this luxurious 3-bedroom retreat spread over three floors offers large doses of sunshine, stunning views, greenery, tranquillity and privacy making it an ideal retreat for up to 8 guests. The cosy, 3-level chalet has all the desirable features of an alpine getaway, including a private garden, warm wooden interiors, large picture windows, an exclusive access wooden balcony with open-air seating and a large family living room with ample seating.
In the well-equipped living room, there are sofas, a large Savoyard dining, flat-screen TV, a sofa seating centred around a coffee table and a fully-equipped kitchen to facilitate an absolutely carefree holiday. In the kitchen, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, toaster and coffee machine are available for guests’ use.

The Le Prarion ski lift and Bellevue Cable car are both a 5-minutes drive and give access to stunning powder pistes for all abilities. The sunny village of Copeau, with the year-round destination of Merlet Animal Park, and Les Chavants are a 10-15 minutes drive. Plus, for some off-slope fun, the village of Les Houches also has 2 snow parks.
Those coming with children will find Les Houches’ Jardin du Niege perfect for skiing with their little ones, there is also a cycling park Astro Bic at a 6-minute drive, but if you are in the mood for getting to know nature on foot, then a hiking area is just a short 10-minute walk away. The ski resort of Chamonix, full of diverse opportunities for hiking, mountaineering, shopping and water sports during summers is a 10-minute car ride. Guests can also explore the famous ski resort of Megève in 40 minutes and the thermal spas of St. Gervais in just half an hour’s drive from here. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans ce magnifique chalet. Cependant, étant donné le prix que nous avons payé, je souhaite signaler quelques problèmes rencontrés.Tout d'abord, la porte d'entrée s'ouvre très difficilement en raison du gonflement du bois. De plus, la température de deux des douches est réglée sur une température très élevée, et il est impossible de la diminuer.Nous avons également constaté qu'il y a très peu de vaisselle disponible pour cuisiner et pour mettre la table. Enfin, la télévision dans la pièce principale ne fonctionne pas, car il n'y a pas de son. etc....Merci de prendre en compte ces remarques.
