One private outdoor parking space for one car. Central heating. Free Wi-Fi. Ski storage shared by all apartments. Free shuttle bus stop in front of the residence.

DESCRIPTION: Entrance hall with closet - One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) + closet + access to the balcony - One bedroom with two single beds (90cm) + storage + access to the south-facing balcony - Living/dining room with a double sofa bed (140cm), bay windows opening onto a balcony terrace with garden furniture - Fully equipped kitchen area open to the dining room (6-place dishwasher, 1 electric and 3 gas burners, refrigerator, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, oven, microwave, with cookware) - One separate toilet - One bathroom (bathtub, sink) - One terrace with garden furniture.
