Disappointing!

I have stayed in and rented ski accommodation for 30+ years and never experienced this before. The property details fail to note that neither bedroom has a window or that the double is so small it is not possible to walk around the bed. There was inadequate storage in both rooms. But that is nothing compared to our shock on discovering a woeful state of cleanliness that included finding mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers. Wood stove had not been cleaned and there was a significant amount of dust throughout the accommodation. This is a shame as the property is in a great location and the lounge diner is very cosy but the points above let this down greatly.
