SOUTH ARDECHE Large house sleeps 22 near river in the middle of vineyards

Four kilometers from Les Vans, a picturesque village in Ardèche renowned for its famous market, this superb 19th-century stone building has been completely renovated with all modern comforts.

Come and relax with family or friends in this former silkworm farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, which can accommodate up to 22 people (12 adults + 10 children).

Set in one hectare of grounds with a swimming pool near the river, the house offers 340 m² of living space.

On the main level, a beautiful entrance hall leads into the house, with a master bedroom with shower room on the same level, followed by a very large dining room, a large semi-open kitchen, a living room, and a small lounge, all opening onto a huge 100 m² terrace.

Upstairs, there are five double bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bathroom with shower, and a dormitory offering a dedicated space for children with ten bunk beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes 2 large refrigerators, a large freezer, 2 dishwashers, a range with 7 burners and 3 ovens, a large work surface, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, etc.

The Chassezac (the local river) is a 10-minute walk away and offers all the joys of swimming in the Ardèche, where you can jump off rocks, admire the gorges, and of course go canoeing. You can also enjoy magnificent hikes or bike rides on the surrounding trails and paths and contemplate the breathtaking landscapes.

Ideally located 20 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, Ruoms and Grospierres, and 10 minutes from Joyeuses.
The heated swimming pool is currently under construction and will be available in April 2026.
