Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, this charming XVIIIᵉ century cottage, rated 4 stars with a breathtaking view of the mountains and Matemale lake. Ski resort within walking distance! With a surface area of 150 m² and able to accommodate up to 10 travelers, it features a lovely 45 m² living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room, four beautiful bedrooms and three shower rooms. There's also a large south-facing terrace and a 150 m² garden. Games for the whole family, free Netflix. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
Basement:
- Entrance hall with heated drying area for ski boots
- Separate WC
- Bike and ski storage
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge-freezer

First floor:
- 45 m² living room with connected TV and Netflix
- A dining room and fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, gas hob with electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, multi-function food processor, fridge, raclette and fondue set...
- Office space

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room and WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160x200) and 2 pull-out beds (90X190)
- Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds (90×190) and office area
- Shower room with WC

Additional private facilities: a selection of board games and books for the whole family, fans, ironing board and iron, deckchairs, swing.
Additional facilities to be shared with the tenants of the adjoining barn: barbecue, gas plancha and outdoor games. Parking and barbecue are organized around a shared courtyard.

Exterior:
- A private, south-facing terrace (18 m²) with outdoor furniture, located in the garden bordering the shared courtyard.
- A private 150 m² south-facing garden planted with trees.

The cottage is ideally located in the heart of the old village of Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Les Angles ski resort: first ski lifts 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. Heated ski lockers at the foot of the slopes, bookable on the Les Angles website.
- Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoe trekking, dog sledding, hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, swimming, sailing, paddle, pedalo, horse riding, balneotherapy, skateboarding, accrobranche, fishing, wildlife park, bowling, climbing, mini-golf, thrill tobogganing, cinema, treasure hunts and entertainment.

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the accommodation's private parking lot (1 space).
- Free seasonal shuttle bus to all lifts within 1-minute walk.

- Nearest airport: Perpignan, 1h30 by car
- Nearest train station: Latour de Carol, 30mn by car

Other remarks :
- Household linen (fitted sheets, comforter covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, tea towels and hand towels) is not included. They can be supplied on request, for a supplement of €20/person (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Made-up beds option (10€/bed)
- A high chair, a WC reducer, a bathtub and a cot with bedding and bed linen can be provided on request, for an extra charge of €20 per kit, 3 kits available.
- Free WiFi (fiber) and Netflix available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Cleaning is payable directly on site, at a cost of 90€ for a stay of up to 3 nights, and 150€ for a stay of 4 nights or more.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
