Floor space: 65m² (including attics). Country house located in the heart of a charming little typical Savoyard village. Sunny south-west slope. Quiet area. Good comfort. Beautiful volume of the day room. Warm attic mezzanine. Exposed balcony. Very close to the cable car, shops and services. Gîte located in the heart of Les Allues, a charming typical village preserved in the heart of the Tarentaise and the famous "3 Vallées" (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes). Gondola connection to Méribel at 600m. Landscaped lake and leisure center 17km away. Brides-les-Bains thermal baths 6km. Located at the gates of the Vanoise National Park. Many hikes and nature discovery, with marked mountain biking routes, aerial activities, ice rink and summer and winter swimming pool, relaxation and fitness centres, fishing at Lake Tuéda. 18-hole golf course in Méribel. Possibility to rent the 2 cottages of the house for a maximum capacity of 10 people. Ideal resort for families and children, with sports and fun activities offered according to their age.
