Housing :

Let yourself be tempted by this magnificent villa in which you can have your breakfast like a good prince, sometimes on the terrace with a clear view, sometimes with your feet in the water of the swimming pool, all in the heart of the splendid massif of the 'Esterel… We have rarely seen more pleasant!
In terms of layout, it looks pretty good with, on the ground floor
- A decoration chosen by the good care of the owners for an “at home” effect.
- A superb living room of 65m² with large bay windows overlooking the terrace, sofa and armchairs, fireplace, flat screen TV and coffee table (possibility to enjoy the view without moving from the sofa) and dining area for 8 or 10.
- A large separate semi-professional kitchen with everything you need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), but also an ultra-modern appliance, plus a kettle and a toaster. The kitchen has a dining table for 4 people. Access to the terrace (and barbecue) from here.
- A suite type room with its king size reclining bed, its closet and its private shower room, with its toilets, cupboards and double sink.
- A bedroom with a view of the bay of Cannes from the double bed.
- A walk-in shower room with double sink and toilet.
- A room for children or teenagers with bunk beds and wardrobe.
- Separate toilets in the entrance, but they live it very well!

Upstairs :

- A master suite with its private bathroom (hammam shower and spa bath for more pleasure), its dressing room, its television and its king size bed 1. 8m x 2m (reclining separately). As a bonus, private access to the tropézienne terrace (amazing if you want to get away from the group and read a good book).

The exteriors:

- The magnificent terrace with garden furniture, its outdoor dining table and its barbecue.
- To the delight of children (and adults), a swimming pool of 16m x 6m in heated half-moon, filtered oxymatic system (no taste of chlorine or taste of salt), shower and pool-house with a side dish deckchairs, deckchairs, a pétanque court and a second level of garden (ideal for giant hide-and-seek or for hiding Easter eggs).
- A super brand new porous concrete tennis court on which you can take lessons with our teacher (no name, confidentiality required).
These services are chargeable and the rates communicated upon your arrival!

As a bonus, you will be entitled to the infrared sauna just for you (and will share it if you are nice.)
- To your great regret, however ... no parties or parties (at most we take out a bottle of rosé and drink it with friends on a musical background).

- Reach the village of Les Adrets in less than 5 minutes where you will find all the local shops (including a pharmacy in the event of a difficult tomorrow.), Do your shopping twice a week, post office, ATM.
Stroll through its small alleys or order a coffee on the terrace of the cafes in the old village.
- Take a cultural break by admiring the glassblowers at the Biot glassworks in 20 minutes.

- For the most serious of you who would come (possibly) to work, the villa is located less than 30 minutes from the Palais des Festivals in Cannes or the technopole of Sophia Antipolis.

Good to know :
Check-in and check-out are flexible (in our image), except in the case of cross-departures and arrivals, in which case the arrival is from 4 p.m. and departure until 10 a.m. no way to duplicate the apartments).
IMPORTANT: A supplement of 30 € is charged for arrivals after 9 p.m., 40 € after 10 p.m., 50 € after 11 p.m. (sleep time is expensive). No arrivals after midnight (we save time for Netflix).
And as your satisfaction is our priority, do not hesitate to contact us for the duration of your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, suddenly).
