Inside, Millbrae is designed for easy, comfortable stays, with all rooms arranged on the ground floor. The living area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax after a day exploring, while the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home and includes a dining table for shared meals.

The home has three bedrooms: one king room, one double room, and one single room with a pull-out trundle, giving you flexible sleeping arrangements for families, friends, or colleagues staying together. The family bathroom includes a shower over the bath, and a washing machine is provided for added convenience, especially on longer stays.

Outside, there are private front and rear gardens for guests to enjoy, and self check-in via lockbox makes arrival simple and stress-free. If you’re bringing a dog, the property is pet friendly for up to two dogs, with a fee applying.

The house is ideally located with a local convenience store just a minute’s walk away, Staney Hill for easy countryside strolls within five minutes, and both a Co-op supermarket and Clickimin sports centre reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes. By car, you can be in Lerwick town centre and museum in just five minutes, or exploring Tingwall lochs, Scalloway’s harbour and castle, and the sandy beach at Sound within 10 minutes. St Ninian’s Isle is a short hop away at around 25 minutes’ drive, while Sumburgh Head with its puffins is about 40 minutes away.
