At the edge of a beautiful forest, departure of pretty walks towards a mountain lake, in front of a large very sunny and flat meadow, Bois gentil is a traditional Swiss chalet of 100 M2 all in wood and simple. It has a lot of character and is quite unique today in the resort. It will appeal to all those who seek absolute calm, nature and real mountain life. Yet it is located a 3-minute drive from the large resort of Crans Montana known for its golf, skiing and magnificent views of the Alps. All the sporting and cultural activities are close and yet we are totally green or white! It is ideal for nature lovers, families and children because it is away from the road and the forest becomes a huge playground. This Chalet is very pleasant in all seasons because the resort is alive all year round and offers a lot of sport possibilities: mountain walks, golf, skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, skating, curling.
Crans Montana is one of the sunniest resorts in the Alps due to its southern exposure. It faces the large 4000m with a spectacular view and offers multiple activities on site or in the immediate vicinity, both sporting and cultural: cinema, casino, numerous museums in the vicinity, vineyards, caves ... Festival of classical music and international open golf in summer.

The chalet is decorated in a traditional Swiss style, it is surrounded by a large terrace where you can take your meals outside.

Cosy chalet in a beautiful location

The property exceeded expectations. The chalet has a nice character in a beautiful setting. Kitchen is small but everything works well. It would be a bit of a squeeze if all rooms were filled. I would definitely return if I get the chance!

Fantastic location and green space

The property is quaint and cozy and has everything you need for a stay in Crans Montana. The green space outside provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Check in and check out was really easy and Elisabeth was so helpful in advance of our stay. We hope to be able to come back and stay once again!

Wonderful escape

We rented the chalet for a week during the fall. It’s rustic but that’s exactly what we wanted - so charming! The chalet is on a large lot with plenty of room to play for the kids. There’s a beautiful forest right behind the property. Elisabeth was great to deal with and the property manager JosĂ© and his wife Fatima were also lovely. We liked it so much that we prolonged our stay. We wished we’d brought family along because there are plenty of bedrooms.

C'est la deuxiÚme fois que nous séjournons au Chalet Bois Joli. L'emplacement est idéal. Chalet simple, la cuisine est un peu petite pour 7 personnes et les salles de bains mériteraient un petit rafraichissement.Le ménage mériterait un peu plus de sérieux vu le prix facturé.

Joli petit chalet Ă  l’orĂ©e de la forĂȘt. Voiture nĂ©cessaire pour aller au centre du village mais situation idĂ©ale prĂšs du golf qui peut ĂȘtre traversĂ© quand il est fermĂ© l’hiver pour aller au centre du village, trĂšs belle balade. PiĂšce Ă  vivre un peu petite. Cuisine minuscule qui mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre refaite mais nous n’avons pas fait de grande cuisine. Salles de bains anciennes qui pourraient ĂȘtre rafraĂźchies. Sous sol Ă©quipĂ© avec machine Ă  laver et grand Ă©tandage. Grande zone devant le chalet qui permet de se parquer aisĂ©ment. MĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre amĂ©nagĂ© car orniĂšres lors du dĂ©gel et de la pluie. Beau chalet, trÚs bien situé (proche des pistes de luge, ski et de randonnées), au calme. Belles chambres. Gros point négatif : manque de place dans l'entrée, la cuisine et le coin séjour (6 adultes et 2 enfants). Et dommage que la cheminée soit condamnée !!

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour. Le chalet est simple mais d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Comme déjà signalé dans les commentaires, la cuisine est petite et les salles de bains pas trÚs pratiques pour les "grands", ce qui est un peu currieux vu le nombre de chambres disponibles. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire et l'agence responsable du ménage. Nous avons adoré les levés et couchés de soleil depuis la terrasse

Cozy Chalet

We had a great time in this cozy chalet and will come back again. The living room was bigger than I thought, the view is amazing and its only a 5‘ ride to the center of Crans Montana.

Wir sind aus Deutschland, die meist gesprochene Sprache ist Französisch. Englisch reicht nicht ĂŒberall aus. Ort ist sehr schön leider hatten wir zu wenig Schnee. Das Haus ist etwas in den alter gekommen. Wenn man die ganze Zeit in den Bergen verbringt, dann reicht das aus. Die Reinigung könnte man verbessern. Es sind ein paar Defekte vorhanden und das Holzboden ist nachts sehr laut. Sonst war es eine gute Zeit.

Joli chalet mais propreté discutable, dommage!

Le chalet est idĂ©alement situĂ© en bordure de forĂȘt et Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du golf de Crans-Montana. A recommander pour un week-end en famille ou entre amis. Points forts: charme, calme, chambres individuelles, gentillesse et disponibilitĂ© de la gardienne, gentillesse et rapiditĂ© des rĂ©ponses de la propriĂ©taire aux questions qu'on lui pose par email, prĂ©cision de ses explications pour atteindre le lieu. Points faibles: propretĂ© (oreillers et Ă©dredons jaunis et tachĂ©s; vaisselle et casseroles mal lavĂ©es, toiles d'araignĂ©e, poussiĂšre et saletĂ©s diverses, tissu canapĂ© usĂ© et trouĂ©...); cuisine trĂšs exigĂŒe; impossible de se tenir debout pour prendre une douche dans les deux baignoires. Il est navrant que l'annonce n'indique pas que les draps de lit ne sont pas fournis (20 chf par personne si on veut les louer sur place) et qu'il faut payer obligatoirement 120 chf pour le nettoyage Ă  la fin du sĂ©jour. On dĂ©couvre ces informations seulement dans le contrat qu'on reçoit aprĂšs avoir payĂ© l'intĂ©gralitĂ© du sĂ©jour qui est non-remboursable. Pour que ce chalet soit Ă  la hauteur des attentes d'un potentiel locataire, il faudrait prĂ©voir un petit effort de rĂ©novation de la part de la propriĂ©taire et un nettoyage plus profond et rĂ©gulier.

Chalet avec un grand jardin et bien situé

Le chalet est super bien situĂ©. A proximitĂ© des pistes enfants et des balades. Malheureusement, le mĂ©nage n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© fait Ă  notre arrivĂ© et nous Ă©tions un peu surpris de la poussiĂšre et de la saletĂ© (mĂ©gots de cigarettes sous le lit, mouchoirs usagĂ©s derriĂšre le canapĂ©, confettis un peu partout, etc.). La cuisine est trĂšs petite et peu fourni en terme de matĂ©riel. Le chalet pourrait vraiment ĂȘtre gĂ©nial avec un gros mĂ©nage et une dĂ©coration mieux pensĂ©e. CĂ©line, qui se trouve sur place, est disponible et trĂšs sympathique.
