Arbio I Lax Cozy Apart near Karl-Heine-Strasse

Welcome to Arbio I Lax Studios & Apartments. We have renovated the entire house in recent years and now want to give you a cosy and beautiful time in Leipzig with our rooms.

The 2-room apartment with about 30 square metres is in the 1. Upper floor of our apartment building. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen has everything for a relaxed cooking together, a large table to work or hang out together.

Arbio I Lax is located in an inhabited street with small cafes, second-hand shops and Karl-Heine-Strasse is just a stone`s throw away. There are many small pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

Nix für Sensibelchen

Das Apartment ist niedlich, jedoch nichts für sensible Menschen. Der Restaurantlärm von der Straße kann schon heftig sein, besonders an warmen Tagen, an denen man die Fenster geöffnet hat. Zum Thema Verdunkelung (und Einsicht von der gegenüber liegenden Seite) wäre im Schlafraum noch eine Tagesgardine vorteilhaft und im anderen Raum eine Verdunkelungsgardine (sonst nützt die andere quasi nichts). Ein Wasserkocher wäre auch hilfreich bei der Küchenzeile (aber schließlich ging das Wasserkochen auch in der Pfanne. Nur schade, dass sowohl Mikrowelle als auch Induktionsherd immer alle Nahrung wertlos machen). Das Bad ist super. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss sich auf längere Parkplatzsuche in den Nebenstraßen einstellen ( weil ab Nr. 46 Fußgängerzone ist). Und wer wertvolle Fahrräder nachts an die Metallbügel in der Straße schließt, der kann sie auch schon mal "verlieren". Wer also Ruhe und Bequemlichkeit und reduzierten Elektrosmog sucht, der müsste sich ein wenig umstellen. Sehr freundlich ist der fürsorgliche Mailverkehr vor und nach dem Aufenthalt - die Kommunikation funktioniert. Vielen Dank!

Hallo zusammen Wir sind garnicht in den Genuss der Wohnung gekommen. Telefonisch habe ich keinen erreicht ! Die Unterkunft war sehr versteckt in einen abgelegenem Hinterhof . Einen Code für den Schlüsseltresor hatte ich auch nicht bekommen . Ich hatte mir eine andere Unterkunft um 23:10 Uhr besorgen müssen um nicht auf der Straße zu bleiben. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht

Das Beste war das Bad/Dusche, Küche haben wir nicht benutzt. Anordnung der Betten ist für junge Leute gedacht.(Wir sind 77 83 Jahre). Der absolute Nogo: kein Platz Kleidung einzuräumen, nur Koffer, kein Schrank. Mehrmals reklamiert, kein Erfolg, nur Hinhaltetaktik. Keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen, nur 1 Hacken.Internet sehr schlecht, geht oder geht nicht.Wir werden sie als absolut nicht empfehlenswert beurteilen. Ich hatte schon überlegt meinen Rechtsschutz einzuschalten um eine Minderung des gezahlten Mietpreises zu erhalten.
