What should I bring to a spa hotel?

For starters, find out if your hotel has a dress code policy. It's highly likely you'll be supplied with a robe and slippers, but this isn't always so. Underneath, aim to be as comfortable as possible; yoga bottoms, sports pants, loose-fitting T-shirts and sweatshirts are often recommended. Sports shoes and trainers are generally permitted, but limited to dry areas only. It's also a good idea to bring a second swimming suit and a change of clothes with you.
