The villa has a private parking area, and the access code will be provided to you before your arrival to make your stay easier. Although the villa is semi-detached and consists of 3 other apartments, each space is entirely private, ensuring you can enjoy your stay in complete peace. Apart from the parking area, you will not encounter other tenants, ensuring your privacy.
