Nous avons séjourné une semaine début août 2025 et donnons 2 étoiles sur 5 :- Niveau sonore (-1) : Contrairement à l’annonce, l’appartement est bruyant. Cuisine de restaurant en dessous (bruit jusqu’à minuit), boîte de nuit à 100 m (forte nuisance quand les clients sortent vers 1–2 h), voisin adepte de soirées techno (police appelée une fois). L’immeuble est mal insonorisé.- Communication avec le propriétaire (-1) : Après avoir signalé les problèmes, le propriétaire a promis un geste commercial qui n’a jamais été fait, malgré nos relances.- État de la salle de bain (-1) : Salle de bain à rénover (silicone moisi, mauvaise odeur), lit principal trop mou.Ce que l’annonce ne précise pas : l’immeuble compte 8 appartements, avec un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée et une boîte de nuit à côté. Pas de parking attitré, il faut chercher une place (parfois disponible devant). Contrairement à ce que laisse penser l’annonce, on n’est pas isolé dans la nature : l’appartement est à la pointe du Cap Ferret, très fréquentée.

endroit sympa

Studio très bien équipé et conforme à son annonce. Hors saison l'endroit s'est révélé très paisible ... dans les bois en bord de mer...Les amoureux de la nature et de randonnée seront comblés. L'accès à la mer n'est pas possible par mesure de protection de la nature ( faune et flore) sur une bande de +- 4 kms...Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour
