Conveniently located Piraillan, Cap Ferret, the town side and oyster port, this bright apartment is located on the floor of a wooden house renovated in the style of the basin in May 2013.
The neighborhood is very quiet and will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike, beach access, Piraillan market in July and August, shops, tasting of oysters in oyster huts.
Access is via a separate entrance, you have the option to return the car in the garden.
It has a large wooden deck overlooking the garden.
The surface is 74m2 with 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with bed 140 X 190 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90 X 190, the living room, dining room and kitchen overlooking a large terrace with dining area and lounge area.

Je recommande. L'annonce decrit bien l'appartement. Pour l'ocean a velo, proximite immediate de la plage du truc vert par la piste cyclable. Huitres a 2 pas litterallement.
