You ill be around the corner from The Rio Grande Recreation Center family pool is a terrific place for the kids and grandkids to have fun in the pool. The center is also home to our well-manicured, grass lawn bowling site. The Chula Vista Club is a great place for adults to relax by the pool. If you're in the mood to play, you can choose from volleyball, tennis, shuffleboard, bocce and the popular game of pickleball. Golfers are close to two of our fine executive courses: Chula Vista, and the Mira Mesa course and many others.

Golf Cart
We have a complementary Yamaha gas golf cart red color, though it is old and little slow, and you use it at your discretion.
Guests must fill the gas tank back up for golf cart.

Family Stay

My husband, myself and our two toddlers stayed for 2 nights. The backyard was completely enclosed, perfect for little ones to run and play. The golf cart came in very handy as we went seperate ways throughout the day.

Spotless Unit/Conscientious Owner

While this is an older patio home, it has all the features you want when you visit Florida! Wonderful outdoor space where I spent some time in the mornings with my coffee that was quiet and peaceful. If there are bugs, and there were none, the screen porch is accommodating. Kitchen is remodeled and had almost every amenity you would want. The living area has leather sofas that were very comfortable. The TV was a Smart TV so connecting to our Netflix and Prime accounts using the free WIFI was easy. The IKEA style platform beds were very comfortable. The owner leaves a gate pass and keys to the golf cart (we didn’t use) which was super helpful getting around to different villages. Overall, it was perfect for our visit.
