Lovely flat, poor service

The flat is nice and the location is fantastic, but it wasn't particularly clean and the ghost of guests past was definitely present. The parking is just silly. There is a permit system, but they just told me they don't really enforce it and not to worry about getting a ticket. It is inconvenient to have to go and get keys from the agent in town over a mile away and when I returned my keys as requested, I saw another set, sat on top of a pile of post. The internet did not work at all and they told me to try turning the modem on its side as this had worked for guests before. It did not work for me. They need a much more professional service and better cleaning and this flat could be a gem.
