Avoid for a while

Awful stay, first room stank of sewage and although a maintenance man tried to repair it he suggested we ask to move rooms. This was granted by the front desk but then the second room allocated had a dirty bathroom with marks and hair all over the shower. The shower itself was poorly fitted with bits of trim hanging off. We asked for the shower to be cleaned and this was agreed to but returned later in the evening to find no change. Front of house staff have offered a full refund of Hyatt points which I never agreed to and are yet to honour this. The hotel is new so I would advise to avoid until they get over these teething issues.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with rooms that felt brand new—modern, fresh, and spotless. The attention to detail in maintenance really stood out. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great service

Fabulous hotel, great location!

Absolutely loved my 2 nights Hyatt Place! My room on the 6th floor was spacious, immaculately clean and that bed was so comfortable! All the staff are extremely polite, the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, and the views from Azotea latino bar of the city are fabulous! Big shout out to the security guys who watch the lifts up to Azotea, absolute gentlemen. I highly recommend this hotel if you are ever staying overnight or for the weekend in Leeds.

Modern, spotless and a no frills hotel. Perfect for work trips. Couldn’t fault the staff and breakfast was great with a good selection. Room was set to a high temperature and I struggled to keep the room cool with the air con system. No bottled water in the rooms which is only a small miss but would have been nice for the morning. Shower could have been more powerful but spotlessly clean.
