I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Leeds and cannot speak highly enough of the incredible staff and service we received. During an unexpectedly stressful situation, the team showed exceptional care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. From the moment we needed support, the staff were attentive, calm, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and looked after. It's rare to experience such a high level of compassion and attentiveness, and it made all the difference to us. The hotel itself is lovely and well-maintained, but it’s truly the people who make it stand out. The team at Crowne Plaza Leeds are a credit to the IHG group, and I will always be grateful for their support. Thank you again for everything

We had a great several day stay at the Crowne Plaza! Its location is close to great shopping, restaurants, and the train station. The hotel was lovely, staff was pleasant and helpful. Well stay there again on our next visit to Leeds!

Nearly great stay

Hotel was in a good location, close enough to the centre of Leeds but nice and quiet. Hotel was mixed in terms of condition. Lobby and bar were nice, rooms average - good size, nice beds but old bathrooms, but pool area needed some attention. Also a shame the jacuzzi was not working. Staff were also mixed, with some nice and some very strange and a mix of decent and poor customer service.

Enjoyed our stay at Crown Plaza Leeds. Reception staff friendly and we were met with ice cold juice & cake which the children enjoyed. Pool is a good size. Rooms comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, food was delicious, staff were great. Our only negative feedback was the staff member on the leisure club reception did not speak to guests and interact with them in the same warmth and politeness as the other people we met. But overall really good stay and would recommend the hotel to others.
