This was the second time that my Wife and .I have stayed here. The hotel is well appointed light and airy, clean and tidy. We were offered a room upgrade at a small cost which we took up. Room itself very nice with comfortable bed. Breakfast was buffet style with good selection. Staff all very pleasant and the location in easy reach of central Leeds.

We have stayed here a few times now and we feel the rooms are starting to feel very tired. We were also very disappointed with the breakfast this stay - the choice and quality of the food on offer was poor. and not worth the £10 each that we paid.
