Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir sind im Juni als Paar gereist. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Lage ist zentral. COOP direkt gegenüber. Sehr schöner Balkon. Abends ruhig. See direkt vor der Tür. Gastronomie fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter-Kontakt Remo war immer außerordentlich schnell zu erreichen. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wäsche waschen ist wohl auch möglich. Wir haben es jedoch nicht genutzt. Für uns war es ein gelungener Urlaub in wunderschöner Gegend. Mit vielen Ausflugmöglichkeiten.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Alles wichtige war da. Due Wohnung war sehr sauber. Perfekt war vor allem die Lage und Nähe zum Supermarkt, Strand und zahlreiche Restaurants.

Sehr schöne Lage, alles was man braucht um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen.

Super Ferienappartment mit allem was man im Urlaub so braucht. Die Lage am Ledrosee bringt die Ruhe und Entspannung die am Gardasee häufig im Trubel untergeht. Alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, ist Fußläufig in max. 5 min erreichbar (Gelateria, Supermarkt, Pizzaria). Der Ausblick in die trentiner Bergwelt ist wie immer atemberaubend und wunderbar.

Schöne Gegend sehr entspannt

Es lief alles reibungslos und unkompliziert.Das Einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat,war das wirklich schlecht gespült Geschirr. Ansonsten kann man viel unternehmen, SUP, surfen,biken,wandern ,weak borden .

Top-Lage, Top-Vermieter

Wir waren Juli/August 2021 für zwei Wochen in Pieve. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber funktionell und für einen Urlaub vollkommen ausreichend. Bei der Kücheneinrichtung (Schüsseln/Besteck) hätte man sich etwas mehr gewünscht, das haben wir aber für kleines Geld dazugekauft. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, nur wenige Schritte vom Supermarkt und vom Westufer des Ledrosees entfernt. Vermieter Remo tut alles, um zu helfen, wenn Hilfe nötig ist oder wenn man Fragen und Wünsche hat. Wir hatten z.B. ein Problem mit unserem Auto, da hat er sehr nett geholfen, um uns eine Werkstatt zu vermitteln. Ansonsten war er in wenigen Minuten da, wenn es nötig war. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Bella Italia am Ledrosee

Eines von vielen in den 70er Jahren nach Schema F gebauten Häusern ohne individuelle Note oder Charme. Wer auf kurze Wege zum Wasser (glasklares Wasser, Kieselstrand, umrahmt von Bergen) und zum Supermarkt wertlegt und dafür mit einer funktionalen, aber wenig individuell gemütlichen Wohnung Wert legt, ist hier richtig. Unkomplzierter, freundlicher und fairer Umgang mit dem Vermieter. Die Wohnung kann vom Foto abweichen.

Eine sehr gute Basis für einen tollen Wanderurlaub

Die Wohnung ist vernünftig eingerichtet. Es ist kein Luxus aber solide. Kleine Details wie ein gefüllter Seifenspender im Bad und der Dusche, der vorhandene Fön, Behälter für Mülltrennung zeigen eine gute Organisation. Die Betten/Matratzen waren OK, das Doppelbett ausreichend groß, wenn auch leider nur mit einer großen Matratze versehen. Das zweite Zimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten ist recht klein, diente uns auch nur als Ablagefläche, da wir zu Zweit reisten. Für zwei Kinder aber sicherlich ausreichend. Es gibt genügend Schrankraum mit Hängefläche und eine große Schubladenkommode - klasse! Die Lage in 200 m Entfernung vom gut ausgestatteten Coop ist perfekt, allerdings führt dies am frühen Morgen zu Lärm durch Anlieferungen. Auch die kleine Brücke vor dem Haus nötigt die Autos in der Nacht zum Bremsen/Anfahren, was eine weitere Geräuschquelle ist. Insgesamt aber nachts wenig Verkehr und überwiegend ruhig. Das Beste für uns war, dass wir richtige Wanderungen direkt ohne Anfahrt zum Cima Pari und Monte Carone unternehmen konnten. Viele Grüße und vielen Dank an den Seniorchef für die Tischfußballpartien, leider kam es nicht zu einer Wiederholung, wir hatten extra fleißig trainiert. Für uns bleibt er ungeschlagen :-) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir nochmal einen Urlaub in der Gegend machen. Wir waren erst einmal enttäuscht, dass die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss durch das tief gezogene Dach und die niedrig platzierten Fenster dunkel wirkte. Leider reichen die Lampen mit den einfachen Energiesparbirnen in der Wohnküche abends nicht dazu, ein Buch zu lesen. Dies könnte man sicherlich mit geringen Mitteln verbessern. Wenn die Sonne scheint ist alles gut :-) Bei der Küchenausstattung fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die wir sicherlich hätten anfragen können, wir haben uns aber damit arrangiert, bzw. waren mit eigenem Material ausgestattet (Teekanne, kleines Brettchen und Messerchen, Zitronenpresse, evtl. ein zweiter kleiner Topf). Nicht missverstehen, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber man merkt, dass sie nur vermietet und nicht von den Besitzern selbst genutzt wird.

Super Lage für den Einkauf und das Baden im See! In der Ferienwohnung 42/1 waren nur 2 kleine und 2 große Gläser, auch gab es zu den Tassen keine Untertassen. Außerdem ist es schade, dass wir nur italienisches Fernsehen empfangen konnten.

Urlaub direkt am Ledrosee

Es war alles top. Darauf hinweisen, das es nicht immer die Bilder der Wohnung im Internet sind. Dort sieht man nur die Dachwohnung auf zwei Etagen. Etwas mehr Information bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Wo ist die Waschmaschine, wie funktioniert die, was ist mit Waschmittel? Wie funktioniert der TV, etc.

insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Raumangebot auch für 5 Personen super, großer Balkon, Abstellplatz für unsere 4 Fahrräder gut, Lage insgesamt sehr gut, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Badezimmer klasse leider hatten wir über unserem Balkon brütende Vögel und dem entsprechend sehr viel Vogelkot. Ärgerlich aber wohl nicht zu vermeiden. Die Aufhänger für die Jacken an den Wänden sehr unpraktisch (viereckige 5 x 5 cm große flache Teile) . Auch die Lichtschalter nicht sehr verbraucherfreundlich. Sehr wenig Steckdosen.
