The Maison d 'Alizè.

The house develops vertically, has two independent entrances. The living room is divided into two areas, the TV area with sofa and desk and the dining area with a large table. The kitchen is not habitable but equipped with dishes and pots for cooking, it has a dishwasher, oven, kettle and espresso coffee machine. You will find breakfast products with price list. The laundry room has a washing machine, sink, clothes drying rack and vacuum cleaner. The house has been completely renovated, but has retained its rustic charm with exposed beams and faux terracotta tiles that we find authentic in the master bedroom. Thick walls make it cool in summer and warm in winter. Going up the stairs we find a first spacious room with two beds which, if necessary, becomes a double bed, on the 2nd floor a large white and blue bathroom with tub and shower and finally on the top floor the large double bedroom, with two windows overlooking the mountains.
The house is ideal for families or groups of friends having a large size and double entrance. Guests are entitled to a covered parking space and are accessed from the main road. The house is located in a pedestrian area and from the parking lot you have to walk about 150mt through two stairways to reach it.
Upon request, the owner will be able to add a cot or crib and provide a high chair or other equipment for children.
There is a small / medium-sized doghouse and food bowl.
It is possible to take advantage of free wi-fi via a portable modem with non-unlimited Giga.
