Located in Via Montegrappa, in a strategic position between the center and residential neighborhoods, the apartment allows you to move comfortably both by car and by public transport. Bars, supermarkets and services are just a few minutes' walk away. From here you can go for a walk along the lakefront, ride the cable car to the Piani d'Erna, or discover the Manzoni places and the authentic soul of Lecco. And for sports lovers, the lake is ideal for sailing, canoeing and walking.

LeccoTop Panorama is located on the sixth floor with elevator and can accommodate up to 5 people. The living area is bright and welcoming, with a large window opening onto a furnished terrace for outdoor dining, enjoying views of the city and mountains. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a French bed and one with two single beds, as well as an armchair bed for any extra guests. WiFi, washing machine and heating complete the apartment. The house is for non-smokers only.

In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
