The house is totally renovated, and completely equipped. Reversible air conditioning and Wi Fi. A well separated sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 separate beds) a bathroom (Italian shower and bath) and a separate toilet. The living room with sofa bed, TV, DVD player and video library, dining area 4/6 people. A separate fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, Oven and Microwave Oven, warmer drawer, dishwasher and washing machine washer / dryer, fridge and freezer. Nespresso coffee maker. On the terrace garden furniture and dining area, parasols.
On the beach of Benedettu 100 m in the bottom of the residence without road to cross, semi Rigid rental, windsurfing and catamaran. Possibility of having lunch or dinner at the restaurant of the hotel 'La Plage Casadelmar'.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand

Wir waren hier im August für 10 Tage in der Wohnung und hatten einen super tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und die Küche super ausgestattet. Alle Schlafzimmer sowie Wohnzimmer sind klimatisiert. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Esstisch und Lounge-Ecke. Von der Terrasse hat man einen Blick aufs Meer und Porto-Vecchio. Zum Strand sind wir nur eine Minute gelaufen is gibt Parkplätze auf der Anlage. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung mit direktem Meerzugang - ein Traum

Die Wohnfläche ist optimal ausgenutzt, eine tolle, große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, ob zum Essen oder Chillen, und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. Für alle, die gerne kochen: die Küche ist kompakt und hat alles, was man braucht. Perfekt ist der Weg zum Strand: man braucht eine Minute ;-) der Strand ist nicht überlaufen. Zu Fuß kann man eine nette Strandbude erreichen, eine Strandcafe und ein Restaurant, das auch sehr zu empfehlen ist. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir waren dort zu viert für eine Woche. Einzig durch ein Badezimmer muss man sich ein wenig disziplinieren - aber das wussten wir auch vorher. Rundum happy, sehr zu empfehlen.

Benedettu LECCi résidence les châtaigniers

Nous avons adoré cette Maisonnette rénovée récemment, propre, tout confort ( bonne literie ) et très bien équipée , très belle terrasse avec vue sur le golfe de Porto Vecchio et idéalement située accès direct à la plage. Véhicule indispensable pour les courses. Très bon contact avec Vanessa qui gère la location. Nous recommandons vivement. Annonce conforme à nos attentes.
