Our reservation was cancelled 4 days before our stay. The reason was construction at the property, but we walked by and that was clearly not the case. We feel like we were scammed after paying lots of money to stay there. We were offered another property which looked great on paper but it was a total disaster (broken air conditioner, no sheets on one bed, trouble with wifi). The worse part was that we were not provided with a key to the gate in front of the main door and we were locked out when we returned at 10:30pm. Apparently, there was no key available. With no resolution from property management, we were forced to leave the property and seek a new accommodation resulting in having for pay twice for our stay in Lecce. Do not book a reservation at this property. We were scammed.

Depuis le début, la communication a été très éprouvante. Très sèche. Des coûts supérieurs à ceux annoncés, un ton à la limite d’un employé qui ose poser des questions à son employeur sûr de lui et pédant. Rien ne nous a été facilité. Des coûts excessifs au check-in. Nous n’avons pas compris mais avec deux enfants en bas âge, nous n’avons pas pu renoncer et perdre du temps pour un séjour de 4 nuits. Plus de 750 euros… La chambre du bas est insalubre dû à l’humidité et l’insalubrité, avec des odeurs d’égouts fortes qui vous piquent le nez. Impossible. C’est la première fois que cela m’arrive. J’ai envoyé des messages et des e-mails, essayé de les contacter, sans aucun retour, à part un e-mail qui m’a annoncé qu’il fallait que je contacte Expédia. Mais Expédia/Hotels.com n’a rien fait à ce jour. Aucun e-mail d’un supposé remboursement. Aucun. Après 1 heure 20 au téléphone avec eux (enfin avec un robot qui vous dit qu’il comprend le problème mais qui ne fait rien). Résultat : je quitte ce site à jamais. Nous avons pris un autre hôtel car les enfants toussaient et je respire mal depuis, ayant dormi une nuit dedans. Car la chambre du haut est aussi ultra humide. À éviter à tout pris cet établissement.
