This bottom floor, Air Conditioned, Lodge Style condo has everything you want for a getaway. The new Alpine Adventure Park is literally across the street. You can walk to Waterfront Park within 10 minutes or walk downtown in 15 minutes. You are close to all the shops and restaurants and wine tasting but far enough away to get the peace and serenity you want. The golf course is right down the road if you want to play a round. During winter months you can cross country ski or snowshoe on that same course!

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. They provided everything we needed, other than our food, of course. They even provided coffee. The location is great! It is walking distance from downtown and during Oktoberfest there are shuttles that will drop you off close to the condo. We did have to sit on the porch in the rain with our luggage because we were a few minutes early and the door would not unlock until the exact check in time. Not sure why the survey asked about winery experience as this was not connected to any wineries. The property did contribute to our overall wonderful Leavenworth experience. We would stay here again!

This was the perfect place for my small family of 3 with just the right amount of space. The owners were incredibly responsive, even giving recommendations of kid-friendly places well before our arrival date so I had plenty of time to plan. It is about a 15-20 minute walk into the main part of town so can be difficult to walk with younger kids in tow. It is very close to the adventure park though. Check in and check out we’re both super easy. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful updated condo

It looked like the condo was recently (and completely) updated--bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The kitchen was very well supplied. The owners were great to accommodate a change in dates that I needed to make. I also had a check-in snafu (read the entry directions carefully!) but it was resolved quickly. Two notes: the microwave didn't work (easy to remedy) and the a/c units in the bedrooms are next to your head when you sleep. If this is a problem, you might want to bring ear plugs. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to town

Great location, just off icicle creek road. Can walk to town but it isn’t too busy. Easy walk down to the park too. Unit is open and spacious. Bedrooms have ac which is nice in the summer. Would stay here again.
