This is a charming family home that I have personally lived in for quite some time. It maintains many original features, such as hardwood floors and wrought iron railing, while having also been recently updated for modern living.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area.
