Family adventure in the Vosges

We arrived late evening and found our warm hosts waiting to welcome us. The chalet is immaculate and well furnished and clearly very well cared for and maintained. We were grateful for Alain’s tips on local walks and even a tour to see the Chamoix grazing. A wonderful week with lots to do in the vicinity or just enjoy chilling out at the chalet.

Excellent accommodation

Great location. Wine in the fridge and home made treats. Electric heating set on arrival so the house was always warm. Alain and Elizabeth lived just up the road, but we're not needed. Great area for walking and site seeing. This was our second trip to Le Valtin and we will return next Christmas.
