Very friendly and helpful staff and perfect location. Room was very small, but view was amazing. Good breakfast, nice bed, right next to railway station and short walk to restaurants and sights.

Weekend in Hôtel La Villa Marine

Great stay in Hôtel La Villa Marine, comfortable room, friendly staff and a great, abundant breakfast for a reasonable price. Parking is limited, but there is paid parking nearby, at a reasonable cost for overnight stay whilst daily stay is a bit steeper. We had a great view over the tidal port and enjoyed the vicinity.

The room was ideal for our one night stay over and we loved the view from the large window. We was disappointed that when having pre dinner drinks, despite the restaurant being empty, we was told to move from the outside seating area to inside by the bar unless we was eating. We explained that we was unsure if we was eating at the hotel as was waiting for the menu. We was still told that we had to move with no menu being provided. After already waiting for 10 minutes despite four staff being in the area to be served a drink this made us decide to not eat there. We had toured various places in France over the previous 7 nights and had not experienced anything other than excellent and friendly staff and so was shocked by the staff in this hotel.

I arrived before the check in time and the doors were locked. I called the hotel because I had written them before arrival that I was hoping to store my bag until check in. When the woman answered the phone, she told me they were “closed.” Eventually, after some begging, she let me store my bag, but it was a very strange way to begin my stay. The room was comfortable but there was visible mold in the bathroom. They had smart tvs but they have a rule that you can’t use the smart tvs, even though they have internet, they are unable to connect to it. (No Netflix in this hotel.) The room has a kettle and instant coffee, but nothing to stir the coffee with.

Hôtel décevant pour un 3 étoiles annoncées. Chambres petites. Salle de bain et WC non séparés avec un minimum accessoires. Pas de climatisation. Présence d'un chauffage électrique d'appoint et d'une colonne ventilateur. Peu de prises électriques. Décoration désuète, mobilier de récupération et vieillot. Coulure de colle sur porte pour une affiche de sécurité. Insonorisation: bruits de couloir, des chambres attenantes, des chasses-d'eau, des lavabos, des douches. Coffre-fort non scellé et sans mode d'emploi. Bouteille d'eau facturée à 4,50 €. Pas de veilleur de nuit et fermeture de la réception à 22 heures.

Nous avions pris la chambre mini C etait vraiment très petit et la salle d eau aussi Sinon le personnel très accueillant, l hotel en lui même est très bien Le petit déjeuner très copieux , il y a un peu de tout,c était parfait L hotel est très bien placé,juste à côté de la gare Nous n’hésiteront à revenir en prenant une chambre plus grande

Hotel très bien situé dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un séjour agréable mis à part un problème technique dont nous avons été informé seulement à notre arrivée (pas d'eau chaude durant le week-end) le petit déjeuner nous a été offert et une solution B nous a été proposé pour la douche dans une autre chambre, une odeur de poisson dans l'établissement situé en bord de mer qui peut être compréhensible (désagréable) les bordures de fenêtre tres sale et rouiller qui ont du être oublié par le personnel de nettoyage , point positif:mini frigo dans la chambre,parking public gratuit devant l'hôtel,établissement sécurisé,lieux paisible,vue agréable des falaises

Séjour impeccable malgré le manque d'eau chaude pour la douche dans notre chambre cause chaudière en panne, les personnes de l'hôtel on fait le nécessaire pour que l'ont puisse prendre des douches chaudes . Le wifi était un peu faible dans notre chambre. Mais sinon un agréable week-end et un hôtel dans lequel on reviendra avec plaisir.
