L'oustaou Néou - Gîte de L'olivier

Located in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, in a three-hectare park, facing the forest, L'Oustaou Néou is an old farmhouse that benefits from a calm, natural environment, with horses and sheep. The Gîte de l'Olivier is housed in a newly built building located near the old farmhouse including the owners' home and a gîte. It has a terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha, all private, located next to the shared swimming pool. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with kitchen, dining room and living room (sofa bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are two attic bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 bed, a separate toilet and a dressing room shared by the two bedrooms. The swimming pool at your disposal is located near the gîte, opposite the owners' house; it will be shared with them as well as with two other gîtes; A large terrace, equipped with sun loungers and pool beds, also shared, will be available in a friendly atmosphere. The environment being at the heart of our concerns, we have implemented many eco-positive actions on our property, some of which you will find in our accommodations and their surroundings (homemade organic household products, antique furniture reused or designed from salvaged parts for example). The cottage has electric heating (included) on the ground floor and reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms. Parking on the property. Two other cottages on site, one of which is in the immediate vicinity. As animals are on our property, it will not be possible to accommodate your pets; similarly, access to the enclosures will not be possible. The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a travel crib.
