Charming Village House with Shared Heated Pool, Near Attractions, and Private Garden
House located in the village center, at the end of a cul-de-sac, where you can visit its unique church, the studio of painter and sculptor Jorge Carrasco, or go swimming in the Creuse River (beach 1 km away on foot).
A heated swimming pool (shared with 3 other gîtes) is available from May to September, weather permitting. It is 1.5 meters deep. A chalet (shower and toilet) is available from 10 am to 9 pm. A wood-fired Nordic bath is also available (not operational in July and August).
The town of Argenton-sur-Creuse (the "Green Venice of Berry") is 5 minutes away, with its market, archaeological site, and shirt-making museum. The village of Gargilesse (one of the most beautiful villages in France) is 10 minutes away. The Creuse Valley (Lake Eguzon, beaches, canoeing, etc.) and the Brenne Regional Natural Park will enhance your stay. Beauval Zoo is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Detached house with a 100 m² garden (not adjoining/to the side of the house) and private parking.
Ground floor: large living room with lounge area (wood-burning stove) / dining area / fitted kitchen - bathroom with 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks.
Upstairs: Two adjoining sleeping areas, one with a landing (one double bed 140x190cm and one single bed 90x190cm) and the other with two double beds 160x200cm and two single beds 110x190cm in alcoves), dormitory-style;
