Indigne, de votre réputation !!!!Réservation faite fin avril, globalité du paiement faite avant d’arriver, des nouvelles évasives la veille, rappel le jour d’arrivée….sans réponse !Ayant fait plus de treize heures de voiture, avec deux adolescents et ayant réservé pour trois semaines un logement via votre plateforme, je suis indignée, j’ai du reprendre ma voiture et faire plus de 300 km pour trouver un refuge et retourner chez moi à Lille. Vous avez manqué à votre devoir le plus essentiel, je vais engager des poursuites pour dédommagement, et je sais déjà qu’elle sera la finalité. Mon ex époux étant avocat, cela ne me coutera pas cher, mais du temps…et chez les avocats, le temps est de l’argent !!Pitoyable….
